We have three self-catering holiday cottages, a few hundred yards from the west coast of Wales in Gwbert.
The cottages are ideally located in the quiet seaside hamlet of Gwbert-On-Sea. From here you can explore the undiscovered beauty of Ceredigion's heritage coast, with sandy beaches, pretty villages, historical castles and church all within a short drive. The cottages have direct access to Ceredigion coastal footpath, beaches, golf, spa and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk!

Our cottages offer direct access to Ceredigion coastal footpath, where you explore the length of cardigan Bay. Head North for Mwnt and beyond, whist spotting the seals and dolphins and exploring the coves, or South which leads you onto Pembrokeshire coastal footpath. It's the perfect location for exploring our beautiful corner of Wales.
Poppit Sands is a lovely large sandy beach situated alongside the River Teifi estuary as it enters the Irish Sea near Cardigan in Pembrokeshire. Sheltered by sand dunes and awarded the Blue Flag status, Poppit Sands is a popular family beach, providing children with rock pools to explore at low tide and safe swimming areas patrolled by lifeguards during July and August.
Cardigan Bay is one of the UK’s best places to see wild dolphins, with Europe’s largest resident population of bottlenose dolphins living in its waters. From Gwbert, dolphins are often spotted close to shore, or you can join a dedicated boat trip for a closer look. Seeing these beautiful animals leaping and gliding through the bay is a truly memorable part of a stay in Cardigan Bay and Ceredigion.
